- Troubleshoot and maintain ATM systems
- Escalation to IT for any network related issues ensuring resolution in a timely manner and minimizing customer impact.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Engineer
- 3 years’ experience in Branch Retail
- Able to travel up-country
- Good knowledge and understanding of ATM, Electronic Banking and banking products and service.
- Basic understanding of credit card schemes operational rules / regulations / reporting and compliance
- Should have good human relations, negotiation are presentation skill.
