Job Description:
- Processing purchase order and purchase document correctly.
- Using purchasing method effectively together with looking for alternative suppliers.
- Controlling delivery of goods and services to be on time and dealing with problems caused by delays.
- Comparing price before issuing purchase order.
- Preparing cost saving report by monthly.
- Preparing Goods receipt report by monthly.
- Follow rules and policies including direction of company to achieve KPI.
- submitting payment document to account department on time.
Qualifications
- Male / Female Age 25 years old up
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin or any related fields.
- Minimum 1-3 years work experience in purchasing function.
- Computer literacy MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy, communication skill, problem solving skill and can work under pressure
