Recruitment Officer – Senior Officer

  • Conduct initial screening and facilitate the interview by hiring manager
  • Support in new sourcing channels and continuous promoting employer branding initiatives through all available portals effectively.
  • Preparation of salary proposal for management’s approval
  • Oversee pre-employment process as well as prepare offer package to the selected candidate,
  • Ensure the Job description to be updated at all times
  • Contract Signing and Reporting
  • Other tasks as assigned


  • Male or Female, Age 23 – 30 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Political Science or related fields.
  • At least 1-2 years HR Generalist /Specialist  from large scale organization is preferred
  • Result oriented, self-driven, high commitment.
  • Creative, Multi-tasking Skill with  strong interpersonal, a  can-do attitude
  • MS Officer literate and good English command
