Whistle Blowing Policy

AIRA & AIFUL Public Company Limited (“Company”) as a provider of personal loan with the company’s vision is to be a personal loan company, the fastest growing in the country, Thailand, coupled with efficient growth. Encourage and prioritize the business operating in an honest and ethical manner, as well as compliance with the relevant laws and regulations strictly. The Board of Directors has approve whistle blowing policy in order for misconduct and fraud channel for the executive staff and stakeholders to complaints, regards whistle-blowing rules & regulations, ethics, financial reporting, the internal control system fault and fraud company.

When found the whistle blowing case and/or suspect case occur, it shall report through proper channels as follows;

  • 1) Trustworthy Line Manager in all level
  • 2) Company Website
  • 3) Email to one of these following committee
    3.1) Board of Directors WB-BOD@aira-aiful.co.th
    3.2) Audit Committee WB-AC@aira-aiful.co.th
  • 4) Submit letter to chairman of Audit committee(Independent directors) or Board of directors

    • If the information and documents provided for requesting to exercise rights are incorrect, incomplete, or not sufficiently clear, AIRA & AIFUL Public Company Limited (“the Company”) reserves the right to not consider the request in any case. If you still wish to exercise your rights, you must initiate the process of requesting to exercise rights again with accurate information.

However, the provided document may contain sensitive personal data such as religion, blood type, ethnicity, etc., which is unnecessary for processing your request. The Company does not intend to collect such sensitive personal data, so the data subject can cross out or conceal the sensitive personal data before submitting it to the Company. In case the data subject does not proceed to conceal such sensitive personal data, the Company will not collect such sensitive personal data and will cross out or conceal the sensitive personal data on the provided document.
