The Board of Directors

The Board of Directors (“the Board”) is the representative of the shareholders. The Board is responsible for determining the strategies and policies for operating business of the Company. The Board performs their duties with integrity, honest, and duty of care for the ultimate benefit of the Company as well as giving fair treatments to the stakeholders under Good Corporate Governance and Code of Conduct.
